Winter Adventure Weekend 2026 Registration
Greetings, Adventurer!
Before You Begin:
Please note that we’ve made some updates to the registration process this year. The instructions below will guide you through it.
Important:
- Be sure to check all trip requirements beforehand. If you don’t have the required gear, you cannot go.
- Field trips cannot overlap. (Example: If you select a 2-hour trip at 8:30 AM, you cannot register for a 10:00 AM trip.)
- Each trip has a maximum number of participants and cannot be overbooked.
Registration Instructions:
- Create Your Account
- Create an account and verify your email address.
- Log in once verification is complete.
- Enter Profile or Group Leader Information
- On the My Profile / My Group tab, enter your profile or group leader’s information and contact details.
- If you are an organized group checking in together (e.g., a scout troop), also enter your Group Name.
- If registering as an individual, this profile will be used for your field trip selections.
- Set Up Your Group (If Applicable)
- Add all group members under the My Profile / My Group tab.
- All group members must be present at onsite check-in.
- If any members plan to arrive at different times, they must register separately and not as part of your group.
- Select Your Field Trips
- Navigate to the Trips tab and select your desired field trips.
- Register participants for each trip and click “Register Selected Members for the Trip.”
- Repeat for all additional trips.
- The system will only allow selections that meet each participant’s age and time requirements.
- Select Merchandise
- Visit the Merch tab to choose merchandise and quantities.
- If desired, assign items to specific group members on the Merchandise Selections screen and save your choices.
- Review Your Registration
- Review all trip registrations and merchandise selections on the My Profile / My Group tab.
- Checkout
- When everything looks correct, select Checkout from the top navigation menu to complete your registration and submit payment.
- Trips are held as soon as you add them to your registrations, but will be released if payment is not completed within one hour.
You may return at any time to view your trips, add activities, or make additional purchases. We look forward to seeing you in January!
Important Reminders:
- You may register for as many trips as you’d like, but most carry an à la carte fee.
- Participants must be 15 or older to register for Level 3 and Level 4 trips.
- Drop in field trips do not require registration.
- You may log back in later to add participants.
- You may add or remove trips later, but paid trips are non-refundable.
- Organized Groups: (e.g. Boy Scout & Girl Scout Groups) Please enter your group or leader name so we can identify all of your participants.
- Register promptly — trips can fill up quickly.
- Winter Adventure Weekend is open to participants ages 6 and up. Children 6–15 must have adult supervision at all times.
- All participants must sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN WAW
- Trips will be lost if payment is not completed within one hour of adding them to your registrations.
